Electronic Contact Lenes for Better Vision

Researchers at the University of Washington managed to embed an electronic circuit and LEDs directly into contact lenses, which seemed to look good on rabbit eyes.   The circut doesn’t actually do much of anything yet, but the possibilities are endless with what this could mean in the future.  They kept the lens in the  bunnies for 20 minutes with the little guys having no reaction to them which was a great sign.  The idea would mean you could have images placed onto your eyes like the effects in the Terminator movies.  This is just one small step until robots take over the world…
