When it comes to creating a website, or a design in general, I feel one of the hardest tasks is coming up with a good color scheme. This is when I will turn to ColorSchemer for guidance. They provide a free gallery for you to check out other peoples color schemes that you can then use. They also offer a program that you can download for OSX or Window that will help you in your scheming needs. It does cost money, so most people will be just fine using their gallery to get ideas.
